BPC-157
Research compoundaka Body Protection Compound 157, Bepecin
The recovery peptide everyone in the gym talks about. Loads of rat data, almost no human data.
Mechanism
A 15-amino-acid chain pulled from a stomach protein. In rodents it grows blood vessels and speeds up tendon and gut healing, and the anecdotes in people are everywhere. Just be honest that the human evidence isn't there yet.
Regulatory & Safety Status
Not approved for human use. Sold as a research chemical. I rate it, but be straight with yourself: the real evidence is still almost entirely animal studies, so set expectations accordingly and know your source.
