Mechanism
A stabilised GHRH analog that raises GH and IGF-1. It got approved for one narrow job, cutting the deep visceral fat that builds up in HIV-associated lipodystrophy, and it's good at it.
Regulatory & Safety Status
Approved as Egrifta for HIV-associated lipodystrophy. Prescription drug. Everything else people run it for is off-label.
